By accessing our website and requesting dispatch services, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Service Scope and Dispatch

OnSpotCarFix24x7 provides mobile automotive repair, towing, and fitment services across Bengaluru. While we strive for rapid response times, ETAs provided are estimates and may vary based on city traffic, weather, and mechanic availability.

2. Upfront Pricing & Estimates

Our mechanics will provide a clear, upfront estimate before commencing any work. By agreeing to the estimate, you authorize the mechanic to proceed. Unforeseen complications discovered during repair may require a revised estimate, which must be approved by you before further work continues.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to ensure that your vehicle is in a safe, accessible location. You must be present with the vehicle (or designate an authorized representative) when the mechanic arrives. You must provide accurate location and vehicle details.

4. Liability & Warranty

We use OEM-grade or standard high-quality aftermarket parts. Parts replaced by OnSpotCarFix24x7 carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. OnSpotCarFix24x7 is not liable for pre-existing vehicle damages, peripheral component failures unassociated with the direct repair, or damages resulting from the customer driving the vehicle against the mechanic's advice.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon the completion of the service. We accept UPI, major credit/debit cards, and cash. Failure to clear dues may result in legal action and the vehicle being held until payment is secured.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
